Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

At Let Duey Build IT, LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality IT solutions that meet our clients' needs. We understand that circumstances may arise necessitating service cancellations or refund requests. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellations, refunds, and service terminations.

2. Service Cancellation by Client

Notice Requirement: Clients may cancel services by providing written notice to Let Duey Build IT, LLC at least 30 days prior to the intended cancellation date.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds for prepaid services will be considered as follows:
- Before Service Commencement: A full refund will be issued if cancellation occurs before any work has begun.

After Service Commencement: If cancellation occurs after work has started, a prorated refund will be provided, deducting fees for services rendered up to the cancellation date.

3. Service Cancellation by Let Duey Build IT, LLC

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services under the following conditions:

Non-Payment: If payment is not received within 15 days of the due date, Let Duey Build IT, LLC, reserves the right to suspend or terminate services. A late fee may also be applied, and continued non-payment beyond 30 days may result in additional collection efforts, including referral to a collection agency or legal action in accordance with Illinois law.

Violation of Terms: Engaging in activities that breach our Terms of Service may result in immediate termination without prior notice.

Unforeseen Circumstances: In extreme or unforeseen situations, we will make reasonable efforts to provide timely notice before suspension or termination.

4. Refund Conditions

Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as domain registrations, software licenses, and third-party services, are non-refundable once purchased.

Completed Projects: No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client.

5. Compliance with Illinois State Law

This policy is designed to comply with Illinois state laws governing service contracts and consumer rights. Clients retain any rights provided under applicable state laws. For instance, Illinois law mandates that service contracts must clearly state the holder's right to cancel the contract.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding cancellations or refunds, we encourage clients to contact us to seek an amicable resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be handled in accordance with the governing law provisions outlined in our Terms of Service.

7. Policy Updates

Let Duey Build IT, LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes through our website or direct communication.
